Dear Prospective Students,

                In order to complete your enrollment here at Meridian Institute of Surgical Assisting you MUST fill out and send back to us, the Student Application. This is approximately 14 pages if done by highlighting only the needed information and not printing the entire web page for each, this will also save on your color toner and the time it takes to print the pages. Once you application is accepted you will be asked to do the same for the Enrollment and Payment Agreements.

                Start By highlighting from the Meridian at the top of each page just under the logo, (See Ex1) and continuing to the bottom of the page.  From here you will right click and select print, then be sure to change the page range from All to Selection. (see Ex2)
